No, and we won't pretend it is. Per-ticker metrics (SIA-FLP/CVH/FSI/LCH) refresh every time you look a ticker up. Market-wide short volume comes from FINRA's official daily file, updated once per trading day.
SIA Terminal currently requires Windows. If you're on Mac or Linux, hold off for now — we're not going to sell you something that won't run.
Everything SIA tracks — your watchlist, alerts, portfolio, and lookup history — is stored in plain files on your own computer. Nothing is sent to us. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Yes. Cancel from your Lemon Squeezy account whenever you want — no long-term commitment, no cancellation fee. On Monthly, you keep access until the end of your current month. On Annual, cancelling stops the next renewal, but you keep full access for the rest of the year you already paid for.
Since the trial lets you try SIA Terminal free for 3 days before any charge, completed charges are non-refundable — including Annual, where cancelling mid-year does not refund the unused months. The only exceptions are duplicate charges or a genuine inability to run the software (e.g. non-Windows systems) — email support@siaterminal.com with your Lemon Squeezy order ID and we'll sort it out.
